Who Need Service Tax Registration?
Service Tax Registration is required of your Gross Turnover from Services in a Financial Year exceeds 9 Lakh Rupees.
After Registration Compliance?
Every Assessee who has registered for Service Tax and has been assigned a Service Tax Registration number, is required to fill a service tax return on Half yearly basis. Irrespective of Assessee has provided with taxable services in the period or not, he is required to file for service tax return on or before due date.
Client Provides Documents required for Registration
Service Tax Application is filled and sent to client for approval
Client Confirms the Data and Application id filed with Department
ST-1 Acknowledgement is issued by department
Hard copies of Documents are submitted to Service tax Department along with copy of ST-2 certificate
Registration Certificate is issued by department on Successful Verification of Documents
